We kindly invite you to four exclusive networking events, organized by the AWDC in the framework of the Belgian Princely Mission to Malaysia & Singapore from 22 ​until 28 November, in the presence of HRH Princess Astrid of Belgium, organized by Flanders Investment & Trade.

During this mission, the following Antwerp Diamond events will take place:​

Kuala Lumpur

25 November 2014 - Antwerp Diamond Networking Event (meet & greet)

Singapore

26 November 2014 – Antwerp Diamond Networking Event (meet & greet)

26 November 2014 – Antwerp Diamond Night

27 November 2014 – Antwerp Diamond Seminar

Step 1: Register for the Mission (November 22nd – 28th)

This mission, in the presence of HRH Princess Astrid of Belgium, will take place from 22 until 28 November and is a unique opportunity for Antwerp companies and sectors to expand their business in Malaysia and Singapore.

Registration: You can register for the mission here (mandatory)

Flights/accommodation: Flights and accommodation can be booked through the official travel agency. Information about flights and accommodation can be found in the Mission Program. Contact details of the travel agency will be provided after registration.

Deadline: Registration deadline is 26 September 2014

Mission Participation fee: A participation fee of € 600 for the first participant and € 300 for additional participants applies.


Step 2: Register for the AWDC Events (November 25th – 27th)

Establish new business contacts in Malaysia & Singapore during these Antwerp Diamond networking events (open to Antwerp diamond companies only):

Kuala Lumpur

25/11 - Antwerp Diamond Networking Event: This event will give you the opportunity to broaden your network in Malaysia and meet with Malaysian diamond buyers during a "speed date" session. The meet & greet will be followed by a networking cocktail.

Singapore

26/11 - Antwerp Diamond Networking Event:  This event will give you the opportunity to broaden your network in Singapore and meet with Singaporean diamond buyers during a "speed date". The meet & greet will be followed by a networking cocktail.

26/11 – Antwerp Diamond Night: An Exclusive evening event in the presence of a delegation of representatives of the Singaporean jewelry and diamond market.

27/11 – Antwerp Diamond Seminar - Singapore finance meets Antwerp diamond sector.

AWDC Program Registration: Please send an e-mail to marcom@awdc.eu if you are interested in participating in these events. The events are open to all registered Antwerp diamond companies.

AWDC Program Deadline: Places are limited and on a first come, first served basis.

AWDC Program Participation fee: A participation fee of € 950 applies.

This fee includes:

  • Branding for your company (on-site logo - company brochures - promotion).
  • Participation in all four events for 2 persons.
