Antwerp diamond dealers to take part in princely economic mission to Malaysia & Singapore

More than 100 Antwerp, Malaysian and Singapore diamond dealers are set to meet next week as part of the Belgian Economic Mission to Malaysia & Singapore. The mission is presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Belgium, Representative of His Majesty the King.

On November 25, Her Royal Highness and the diamond dealers will attend the exclusive Antwerp Diamond Networking Event in Kuala Lumpur, where they will be treated to a presentation on Antwerp’s best practices for a sustainable diamond trade, followed by a meet & greet and a closing cocktail.

On November 26, the diamond dealers will take part in a networking session in Singapore, followed by a networking cocktail and finally the Antwerp Diamond Night; a closing gala dinner attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid.

This princely economic mission is a not-to-be-missed opportunity for Malaysian and Singapore companies looking to make new contacts with Antwerp diamond companies, and vice versa, as Malaysian and Singapore consumers are becoming increasingly interested in luxury jewelry.
