AWDC Exclusive networking event in Shanghai: sponsors and unique jewels sought

Following last year’s successful networking event in Shanghai, AWDC is once again organizing two networking events. An Antwerp Diamond networking event with a delegation of top Chinese jewellers and an Antwerp Diamond Night, a VIP event in an exclusive location in Shanghai. Both events will take place on 14 October in the framework of the Mission to Shanghai, organized by the City of Antwerp, from 12 until 15 October.

This mission, in the presence of the Mayor of Antwerp, is a unique opportunity for Antwerp companies and sectors to expand their network in Shanghai and make new contacts with Chinese companies. The mission is organized in cooperation with Flanders Investment & Trade and the Belgian Consulate in Shanghai, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Antwerp-Shaghai sister-city relationship.Following the successful cooperation between the Antwerp diamond and fashion industry during last year’s Business of Design Week in Hong Kong, the Antwerp World Diamond Centre decided once again to work with a designer from Antwerp. During a fashion show in Shanghai, fashion, jewels and diamonds from Antwerp will be showcased.

We are looking for two main sponsors who will enjoy maximum visibility during the Antwerp Diamond Night. In addition, we are looking for unique jewels from an Antwerp designer, that will give an extra sparkle to the fashion show.
